Welcome to VP Canine Education, a place where anybody can get the education they need to raise a happy well-behaved dog! Whether you're a first-time dog owner or your someone who has a dog with behavioural problems, we can help! We focus heavily on building transformative relationships between dogs and their owners; using various types of play to build trust, cooperation, motivation and a communication system that makes sense for both parties! We accommodate all breeds and tailor our methods to the needs of the dog and the dog owner. There is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to dog training, and we are aware of this fact.

At VP Canine Education we believe that lasting results come from providing education to owners on the subjects they need! During your time training with us, we can cover topics such as dog body language, toilet training, breed specific behaviours and so much more. Our aim here is to not only give you the relevant information you need, but also to teach you how to implement what you learn to achieve your own personal goals with your dog.

Dogs are living beings, each with their own individual character, traits and needs. In order to have a strong, cooperative relationship with a dog, you’ll need to have trust, rules & boundaries, a communication system, fulfilment and clarity in place. We call these ‘the 5 steps to a well-behaved dog’. We’ll make sure these steps have been covered in your dog’s life and we’ll show you how to maintain them throughout your training journey.
